Texas Barbecue

	"The Backyard" Texas Barbecue is the culmination of a dream that Mediterraneo owner Lee Boyd has had since he was 12 years old. He grew up on a cattle ranch in east Texas, so it's not a hard stretch! This lively backyard BBQ space is truly his passion. It's a place to gather with good friends ~ and an opportunity to make new ones. The friendly and intimate atmosphere reminds one of family picnics and good times. The menu is authentic Texas BBQ, smoked through with mesquite. The three signature dishes - brisket, ribs & chicken - are sure to please the most serious of BBQ aficionados. Shrimp kabobs and chicken-salad lettuce wraps fill out the menu for the not big meat eaters. Newly added menu items include chipolte fish tacos, quesadillas, guacamole & assorted tamales. Movies and sporting events are projected on the oversize wall soon after the sun goes down. The bar stays open. Kitchen, too. Come on down, y'all, have yourself a beer, a plate of BBQ, and a right good time.
